At Vastaa4U, we strive to provide our customers with premium quality T-shirts and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at care@vastraa4u.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack and Ship Your Item(s): Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Partial Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number and details of the defect or damage.
  • For size exchanges, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
