At Vastaa4U, we strive to provide our customers with premium quality T-shirts and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

- Sale items (if applicable)
- Personalized or custom-made items
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at care@vastraa4u.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Pack and Ship Your Item(s): Securely pack your item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds

Exchanges

- For size exchanges, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the correct size.
